Though many chemicals in beauty products pose little or absolutely no risk, dozens have been linked to serious health issues, including developmental delays and cancer. Cosmetic chemicals enter the body through the skin, inhalation, ingestion and internal use, and cause the same problems as food chemicals, per this site.
