MAKEUP PRODUCTS (NON-PERMANENT)

Though many chemicals in beauty products pose very little or zero danger, some are associated with severe medical problems, such as cancer, and neurological harm. Chemicals in cosmetics enter the body through ingestion, inhalation, and internal use, and pose the same risks as food chemicals, per this site.

Chemicals associated with cancer can be found in water, food, and many other everyday goods. However, no type of consumer goods is subject to less government direction than cosmetics, including my eyeshadow (eye primer). While many of the chemicals and contaminants in cosmetics and personal care products probably present very little risk, subjection to some has been associated with serious health conditions, such as cancer.
