Although the majority of chemicals in cosmetic products present little or absolutely no risk, some are associated with severe health issues, such as cancer, reproductive and neurological harm, and developmental delays. Still, no group of consumer items is susceptible to less government management than cosmetics and other personal care products, including TINTED CREAM.
