Although the majority of chemicals in beauty products and cosmetics pose very little or absolutely no risk, several are linked to severe health issues, such as neurological harm and cancer. Chemicals in cosmetics gain entry to the body through ingestion, inhalation, and internal use, and lead to the same risks as food chemicals, per this site.
