Although many chemicals in beauty products and cosmetics pose limited or no risk, dozens are associated with serious health conditions, including cancer, reproductive and neurological harm, and developmental delays. Chemicals in cosmetics enter a person's body through ingestion, inhalation, and internal use, and lead to the same problems as food chemicals, per this site.
