Chemicals linked to cancer can be found in water, food, and a lot of other common items. Still, no type of consumer items is subject to less government direction than cosmetics, including BLOOM HARMONY GRADATION #4. Although many of the chemicals in cosmetics likely present very little risk, being exposed to a few is linked to critical health conditions, such as cancer.
