Chemicals associated with cancer can be found in food, water, and a lot of other commonly used products. However, no classification of consumer products is accountable to less government inspection than cosmetics, including BLOOM HARMONY GRADATION #3. Although many of the chemicals and contaminants in cosmetics and personal care products very likely present minimal risk, being exposed to a few is associated with significant health concerns, including cancer.
