While many chemicals in cosmetic products present very little or absolutely no danger, several dozen are linked to substantial health issues, including cancer, and neurological harm. Cosmetic chemicals gain entry to the body through ingestion, inhalation, and internal use, and pose the same risks as food chemicals, per this site.
