Although the majority of chemicals in beauty products pose limited or no risk, several are linked to substantial health conditions, including cancer, and neurological harm. Chemicals and contaminants linked to cancer are found in food and lots of other common products. But, no classification of consumer products is subject to less government inspection than cosmetics, including Eye Shadow (Blackout).
