Though many chemicals in cosmetic products pose little or zero risk, several dozen are associated with considerable medical conditions, such as cancer, and neurological harm. Contaminants and chemicals linked to cancer are found in water, food, and a lot of other commonly used products. However, no area of consumer products is subject to less government management than cosmetics, including Eye Shadow (Smoke).
