Although many chemicals in beauty products and cosmetics present slight or no risk, dozens have been associated to significant health conditions, such as cancer, and neurological harm. Cosmetic chemicals gain entry to the body through ingestion, inhalation, and internal use, and lead to the same problems as food chemicals, per this site.
