Though the majority of chemicals in cosmetic products present slight or no danger, several are linked to significant health problems, including developmental delays and cancer. Cosmetic chemicals invade the body through the skin, inhalation, ingestion and internal use, and cause the same risks as food chemicals, per this site.

Chemicals linked to cancer can be found in food and many other commonly used products. Still, no classification of consumer products is susceptible to less government management than cosmetics, including Brow Wiz (Soft Brown shade). Though many of the chemicals in cosmetics most likely present little risk, being exposed to some has been linked to major health issues, including cancer.
