Chemicals linked to cancer are found in water, food, and lots of other commonly used products. Yet, no classification of consumer products is accountable to less government management than cosmetics and other personal products, including Eyeliner. Though many of the chemicals and contaminants in cosmetics probably present very little risk, being exposed to a few is linked to major health conditions, including cancer.
