However, no type of consumer products is accountable to less government inspection than cosmetics and other personal care products, including Brownies- Browne-y. Though most of the chemicals and contaminants in cosmetics and personal care products almost certainly present little risk, subjection to a few is linked to substantial health problems, including cancer.
