Though the majority of chemicals in cosmetics present little or absolutely no danger, dozens have been associated with serious health conditions, including neurological harm and cancer. Cosmetic chemicals gain entry to a person's body through the skin, inhalation, ingestion and internal use, and pose the same problems as food chemicals, per this site.
