While the majority of chemicals in cosmetic products pose little or absolutely no risk, dozens are linked with serious health problems, including cancer, and neurological harm. Cosmetic chemicals enter a person's body through the skin, inhalation, ingestion and internal use, and cause similar problems as food chemicals, per this site.
