While most chemicals in beauty products and cosmetics present little or no danger, dozens are linked with significant health issues, including cancer, reproductive and neurological harm, and developmental delays. Chemicals in cosmetics gain entry to the body through inhalation, the skin, and ingestion, and lead to the same problems as food chemicals, per this site.
