Though the majority of chemicals in cosmetic products pose minimal or absolutely no risk, several are associated to significant medical problems, including cancer, and neurological harm. Cosmetic chemicals enter the body through ingestion, inhalation, and internal use, and lead to the same risks as food chemicals, per this site.
