While the majority of chemicals in cosmetic products pose minimal or zero threat, several dozen have been associated with serious medical problems, including cancer, reproductive and neurological harm, and developmental delays. Chemicals and contaminants associated with cancer are found in food, water, and lots of other ordinary items.
