Although many chemicals in beauty products present little or absolutely no risk, several dozen are associated with significant health conditions, such as cancer, and neurological harm. Chemicals in cosmetics gain entry to the body through the skin, inhalation, ingestion and internal use, and cause the same problems as food chemicals, per this site.

Contaminants and chemicals associated with cancer can be found in water, food, and lots of other ordinary products. However, no area of consumer products is accountable to less government management than cosmetics and other personal products, including Pr Rocks.
