Chemicals linked to cancer can be found in food, water, and lots of other commonly used items. However, no classification of consumer items is subject to less government direction than cosmetics, including PEP!BALM. While most of the contaminants and chemicals in cosmetics and personal care products probably present very little risk, exposure to a few is linked to significant health disorders, including cancer.
