While many chemicals in beauty products present slight or zero danger, several have been associated to serious medical conditions, including cancer, and neurological harm. Chemicals in cosmetics gain entry to a person's body through inhalation, ingestion, and the skin, and lead to the same risks as food chemicals, per this site.
